Personal Presentation Ltd. was founded in 1989 by Julia Goodman, well known as a stage, film and television actress.

She developed a totally unique coaching blueprint that de-mythed the process of communication, so that it could be understood and used by ‘ordinary’ people.  As the perception of the relevance and role of communication has evolved over the intervening twenty years, the work and our understanding of it have deepened and become the framework for one of the most effective personal development journeys available anywhere today.

One of the major strengths of the work is that it is delivered by people who are themselves trained first as actors, and then as coaches.  Their coaching starts where most others’ finishes.  They are already at a point of heightened intuitive understanding and awareness, able to ‘spot’ incongruent or fake communication.  This has been part of their job as actors: a deep understanding of what makes people tick.

The Performagenics methodology then allows them to take people on a journey of self-discovery and focused ability, to a confident place of full self-expression.
