Diversity
We are all different. This is where our You brand philosophy starts.
Reinforcing our difference through the individuality of our You brand, and having the confidence of knowing ‘It’s all right to be me’, is where the obstacles to diversity dissolve. This begins to shine light on people’s prejudices, assumptions and misjudgments – and we all have them! – and to break down the blocks.
The programme explores:
• Assessment of the coping strategies we adopt
• Being judged for who you are – not who you’re assumed to be
• Being visible, not invisible, by having a stronger presence
• The liberation of recognising you have choice – and being able to exercise it!
The programme lasts a minimum of two days, and works best with a group of 3 or 4.
Here is some feedback from participants on a diversity programme we designed specifically for women:

The Programme gets right into the heart of your values to enable you to be yourself - and then believe in your power and even obligation to communicate your vision. Then it gives you the techniques to do so well. And you make strong bonds very fast with the energetic and creative women who run it and with your fellow participants. A memorable and valuable two days.

What a roller coaster of self-discovery! The Programme may have exposed my flaws and weaknesses, but the skills I learned along the way helped rebuild my lost confidence and regain my self-esteem.

The biggest advantage of my work with Julia was the immediate benefit that her intensive, high impact co aching gave. It was a great confidence booster and the learning is as real today as it was when I completed the course two years ago.
